Two teens face criminal charges after they allegedly stole women’s clothes from Sears, police said.

The 17-year-old Shenorock and 16-year-old Yorktown residents, whose names police did not release because of their eligibility for youthful offender status, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor.

Police said they received a call from Sears security reporting two female shoplifters in custody on May 6 at about 7:19 p.m. Investigation revealed the two girls allegedly left the store without paying for women’s clothes valued at $96.

The females were scheduled to appear in court on June 7 and were then released on their own recognizance to their parents.

Violation of an Order of Protection

A 22-year-old Peekskill man faces a criminal contempt charge, a misdemeanor, after he allegedly violated an order of protection, police said.

The arrest stems from a March 16 complaint that Anthony J. Waterhouse, Jr. went to the victims’ residence, in violation of a duly served Yorktown Justice Court Order of Protection, earlier that morning. On May 3, the Westchester County Department of Corrections transported the defendant to the Yorktown Town Court where he was placed under arrest.

Waterhouse, Jr. was remanded to the Westchester County Jail and scheduled to appear in court on June 14.

Suspended License, Passing Through Stop Sign, Red Light

Anthony Fasciglione, 22 of Mahopac, has been charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, a misdemeanor; pass stop sign, a traffic infraction, and pass steady red signal, a traffic infraction.

polo shirts On April 26 at about 6:50 a.m., police observed the defendant’s vehicle on Commerce Street allegedly passing through a stop sign without coming to a complete stop. lt’s further alleged the vehicle continued on Hanover Road and passed the steady red traffic signal at the intersection of Hanover Road and Moseman Avenue.

The vehicle was stopped for the traffic infractions and following a DMV check, it was revealed the defendant was operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.

Fasciglione was released on $50.00 bail and was scheduled to appear in court on May 24.

Marijuana Possession

A 19-year-old Yorktown resident has been charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police stopped the teen’s vehicle on May 5 for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign on Route 202.

Investigation revealed the teen was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The defendant was release on his own recognizance and scheduled to appear in court on June 7.

Police stopped his vehicle on East Main Street on May 7 for allegedly having suspended license plates. A DMV check showed the license plates had allegedly been suspended for insurance lapse. In addition, Galetovic allegedly could not provide proof of valid insurance.
